VONSAI adopts two sales methods according to product characteristics.

 


Deposit bonsai plan (special grade bonsai, log bonsai)

You can purchase the actual bonsai in the bonsai garden and keep and manage it as it is in a specialized bonsai garden. Instant purchase is available on the site, and ownership passes to the buyer. Cultivation is managed by a professional bonsai artist.

 

1. Purchase Process

In the deposit bonsai plan, you will purchase actual bonsai that are stored and managed in the bonsai garden. At the same time as the purchase is completed, a "certificate of ownership (electronic ledger management)" is issued, and the ownership is officially transferred to the buyer. Cultivation and management can be entrusted to professional bonsai artists.

STEP 1|Product selection and detailed confirmation Please select from certified special grade bonsai and logs and check the genealogy, condition, and certification information.

STEP 2|Pre-purchase consultation (optional) Pre-consultation is available by phone or video call. We also accept consultations on management status and exhibition use.

STEP 3|We will inform you separately about the payment method.

STEP 4|Ownership Transfer After the purchase is completed, a "certificate of appraisal" and "certificate of ownership" will be issued by Ordinary Talent Co., Ltd. and registered in the electronic ledger.

STEP 5|Continuous management (bonsai garden) Purchased bonsai will continue to be managed by a specialized bonsai garden. Owners can enjoy the growth of bonsai through growth reports and exhibition participation.

3. After-sales support after purchase

Deposited bonsai service (required) In this plan, bonsai are stored and managed in a specialized bonsai garden. The owner cannot take it home directly.

  • All products come with a certificate of authenticity as standard. Available in Japanese and English.
  • Statements include tree species, estimated age, size, and health.
  • Lifetime authenticity guarantee: Full refund and damage compensation in case of errors in tree species and age or false origin.

6. Consultation

We accept consultations about the products of the deposited bonsai plan, consultations on exhibition utilization, etc.

7. Consultation on transfer

If you want to transfer ownership to someone else, we will provide you with a separate fee structure.

Delivery plan (general bonsai)

A format close to general e-commerce sales. After inventory confirmation, the sale will be confirmed, and you can enjoy the cultivation at home.

In the delivery plan, we will sell bonsai for growing at home. After checking the inventory, the sale will be confirmed and delivered to you by special delivery. You can also check the video call and visit the site before purchasing. After purchase, we provide comprehensive support from delivery to after-sales support.

  • Quality Assurance: Handling damage, defects, and poor vigor during delivery.
  • Unlimited consultation service: Phone, email, LINE, and video calls. It covers a wide range of topics such as watering, seasonal management, and fertilizer selection.
  • Management manual provided: A manual calendar for each tree species is included for the first time. We continue to deliver seasonal advice and video commentary.
  • On-site maintenance: pruning, pest diagnosis, replanting, etc. Prices will be announced separately.
  • Temporary care service: replanting, disease treatment, medical treatment, etc. Prices will be announced separately.

4. Return and Cancellation Process

  • Cancellation before shipping: Free
  • Cancellation after shipping: 10% of the product price
  • Guaranteed return within 30 days of arrival (conditions apply)

5. Authenticity Guarantee and Issuance of Appraisal Certificate

  • VONSAI certified bonsai comes with a certificate of authenticity as standard
  • Products without certification do not have a certificate of authenticity

6. Appraisal and consultation

We accept purchase appraisal of owned bonsai, inheritance correspondence, etc. Online appraisal (photo submission) or on-site appraisal (fee information will be provided separately).
